Going to start today's blog with happened last night. This is such a small world! They are from Riverside, CA! The guy graduated from UCR this year. No wonder I felt like I saw them before.
這篇要從昨晚開始說. 昨天晚上遇到了兩個從美國來的新朋友. 他們來自 Riverside. 男生跟我讀同一間大學, UCR! 他今年畢業出來玩. 這世界真是小.

I have to make 3 transfers.
今天要換三次車.

This is Valentina, my neighbor. She is from Italy and she is currently a teacher at Nice. She loves her job and I feel like she is a good teacher. She has the passion to teach the kids and she is committed to it. She was studying for her state test but we talked during her break.
We talked about my trip, the difference between Europe and the States, marriage, education, society... basically everything! It was a great discussion and I really enjoyed the good time.
I wish you the best Valentina! Best of luck at the state test and I believe you WILL pass it!
這是我今天的鄰居, Valentina. 她來自義大利, 她在尼斯當老師. 我們一路聊了很多: 我的旅程, 歐洲跟美國的差別, 婚姻, 教育, 社會... 幾本上所有話題都聊過了.

I also met a couple (Grandpa and grandma) at the same section. Valentina was our translator (She knows how to speak French, Italian, and English. Impressive!). They said what I am doing is courageous. Before they leave, both of them shook my hand and the grandma told Valentina to tell me that she wishes me the best. Thanks grandma and grandpa! Please stay well and take care of yourself.
在同一間車廂裡坐了一對老夫婦. Valentina 是我們的翻譯 (她會說: 法文, 義大利文, 英文. 超厲害!). 他們說我很有勇氣. 他們要離開之前還跟我握手. 阿罵叫 Valentina 跟我說她們祝福我.
My second stop, we stopped here for an hour.

I met a family from Australia while waiting for the next train. I was eating by myself and they invited me to join them. Discussed about our trip. Safe trip! It was great talking to you guys.
在這車站等車的時候我遇到了來自澳洲的一家人. 從上一站就開始聊天, 他們看到我自己吃點心所以邀請我跟他們一起坐. 互相交換了一下各自旅行的心得. 祝你們旅途愉快!

My hostel is a bit quiet so I decided to join people from the hostel to get dinner. This place has good review on Yelp I think?
我的青旅有點冷清 (人都不知道跑哪去?) 所以跟室友去找另外一間青旅的人出去吃飯.
Drinking wine today. Today is a big party, 10 people.
The bread is good, bread with ham.
這麵包很好吃, 裡面有火腿.
My main course: Perciatelli pasta with crispy guanciale from Cori (Pork cheek), seared tomato fillets and pecorino cheese.
今晚的主菜: 義大利麵加上豬臉頰, 番茄, 起士
